Our dog Ginger is always nervous at the vet, but as always, Dr. Thayer was amazing with her. He’s so calm, patient, and gentle—he really takes the time to help her feel safe and cared for. We’ve been bringing Ginger to Dr. Thayer since we first rescued her at 10 weeks old, and he’s been wonderful every step of the way. The staff is always friendly and supportive, which helps make each visit a little easier for our anxious girl. Thank you, Dr. Thayer, for the consistent compassion and care you’ve shown Ginger over the years!
As my beloved Monte ages, I rely more and more on the expertise and kindness of the staff and Dr. Thayer at Hartsdale Vet. They are unfailingly welcoming and even loving, despite my lab's loud bark, and always give Monte their full, knowledgeable attention, listening carefully to my concerns, examining him thoroughly, and explaining any recommended treatment. At 12.5, Monte is still living a great life, aging beautifully, and I know that much of that is thanks to the care he receives at Hartsdale Vet.
Hartsdale Veterinary Hospital are the greatest! Dr. Rogers has been so kind. Dr. Thayer is a wonderful Dr. He has always taken the best care of Finn and keep him healthy.. Jessica ❤️ ❤️ is our angel who knows exactly how to make Finn feel comfortable. The whole staff make you feel like family. They are the most caring and gentle people. We are so happy with them.
Best Vet practice ever! The entire staff is so kind, accommodating and patient. Very easy to schedule appointments too. Dr Thayer is incredibly patient, thorough and explains everything - and is always happy to discuss questions or concerns by phone which is great peace of mind when caring for a sick puppy.
